How we use your information

Three things, and only three things

  • Service scheduling and fulfillment — confirming your appointment and completing the work you've requested.
  • Internal admin notifications to mike@mjmobilewash.com so we can respond to your request quickly.
  • Automated post-reservation nurture emails sent from cleanpath-2@polsia.app.

Third-party processors

Who handles your data

  • Render — web hosting. Receives all form submissions and visitor traffic for the CleanPath site.
  • Polsia email proxy at https://polsia.com/api/proxy/email — delivers notification and nurture emails.
  • Neon — Postgres database operated via the Render data layer. Receives the personal information submitted through the lead, quote, and reservation forms listed above.
  • Twilio — SMS fallback for post-job review requests. Receives customer phone numbers only for customers with completed jobs.

We do not use marketing platforms, ad pixels, or payment processors.

Data retention

How long we keep your information

Lead and reservation records are retained while you remain an active customer. On request, we will delete your records from our production database and email logs within 30 days.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing mike@mjmobilewash.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
